Blackcurrants set to soar as a go-to Superfood for active people in 2017

The Telegraph is tipping blackcurrants to become a leading Superfood in 2017 for their significant effects on performance, recovery and fat burning.

Health and fitness journalist Anna Magee, who had experienced severe recovery issues before trying CurraNZ, reported: 'I have been taking it for muscle soreness after exercise for six weeks and experienced no muscle pain after weightlifting, something that may be down to the anti-inflammatory effects of the anthocyanin compounds.'
