New Zealand blackcurrants are prized because of their incredible nutrient density and high concentrations of fruit pigments called anthocyanins. 

Blackcurrant anthocyanins help relieve tension in the cardiovascular system, by relaxing the body's blood vessels. The relaxation of the vascular network allows for up to 20% more blood flow, oxygen and nutrient delivery to the body's cells and working muscles.
